Dave is a highly proactive, strongly orientated towards the environment, technology, process improvement and business and strategic planning. As a former senior police executive, he maintains government contacts at the federal, provincial and municipal levels. Dave has an MBA from the University of Western Ontario, London Ontario and is a Certified Forensic Investigator.
